We try to maintain accurate records on our inventory so that we know what we have in stock all the time. This information is actively updated on our website regularly. In the event an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
You must be 18 years old to purchase fireworks. By submitting your order with Fireworks by Ultra Enterprises, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
Currently we are accepting COD. However, we also accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, Credit Cards and checks subject to clearance only at our physical location.
You may only purchase fireworks at our physical location. If you have a question about whether specific fireworks are legal in your state, please visit your local explosive departments.
While we have invested a considerable amount of time verifying the data on our website, we are not responsible for errors or omissions on our website. If you find an error, or believe something is not clear, send email to complaint@fireworksmagic.com and we will have it corrected promptly.
Maharashtra residents must pay 12.5% sales tax on all items ordered.
We only accept local personal checks. We do accept out of state money orders and certified checks when you physically come into Fireworks by Ultra Enterprises
Prices on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price list is in effect until December 31 of the current year.
This merchandise is also sold at our physical location only except for items de-regulated by the Explosive Departments or items that have been arranged to ship via a hazardous materials independent trucking firm at additional cost.
